If you've never heard of Goodwood Revival before, then the best way to describe it is that it's like stepping back in time to some of the most iconic years of motoring and fashion at what is possibly the best preserved race track of this bygone era. The event which takes place in September every year, stretches from Friday to Sunday and is centred around various races. There are countless other attractions and activities to indulge in too. Attendees to the event are asked to dress to the 40s, 50s or 60s themes which together with the cars and venue creates a spectacular scene. I've looked at photos of this event in awe over the years, but 2021 was finally the first I got to attend myself thanks to my wife who bought us tickets for my birthday. Obviously we dressed up, and together with my attire I had an old 35mm SLR and expired film that I picked up for just £10. However, I couldn't help but spend a short time grabbing some digital images too, in case the film didn't come out (it did - or at least some of it did!). I will share my experience and results with the 35mm SLR and expired film soon but for now I hope you enjoy these shots!
